Caroline Grace has arrived!

At 2:34 a.m., after a long, hard labor, Kevin and Sarah finally welcomed their daughter, Caroline Grace, into their arms and their home.

Daddy and Mommy are overjoyed and all three members of the S-D family are well.

Welcome Caroline Grace! Our household rejoices with this news-we were so worried last night!

N shrieked "It's a Girl! YAYYYYYYY!!!"

T says "Maybe Kevin will get that shotgun after all-especially if she is half as pretty as Sarah"

E and H are still sleeping but I know that they are going to be pleased with this news.

Congrats Mommy and Daddy-Love and kisses being sent long distance!!!

Even though I already commented, I keep coming back. I'm so happy for you and just reading the comments of others and seeing "Caroline Grace has arrived" is brightening my day!

And I love that she was born at 2:34 on the 5th--sequential numbers. Not sure why that amuses me, but it does! :)

And sometime in the future when Caroline Grace is feeling all out of sorts, you can tell her that people all over the known blogosphere wept with joy when she was born. And I'll back you up.

SO HAPPY! for all of you!

I'm finally getting around to saying congratulations!! We've been sick and had to disappear for a while (although I did make sure to check in and see if Caroline had arrived).

Which way do you pronounce her name?

Well done, Sarah and Kevin. I said it before but we're so darn proud of you.

Can't wait to hear/see more. Let us know how recovery and nursing are going. Let us know how we can support you.

Hugs and kisses.

P.S. I love how people keep mentioning their word verification thingies. Mine right now is "gatis," which I accidentally first read as "gratis." ;)
